Know the exact item
Read the condition and, where supplied, the used-item grade shown next to it. These are separate labels. Cosmetic grades do not promise battery health, accessories or warranty.
- Mint — Like new, with no visible scratches or dents.
- Good — Minor scratches or light signs of use.
- Fair — Noticeable scratches, dents, or heavier wear.
Check the exact listing for specifications, included accessories, warranty months and photographs. Ask the store about anything not stated before booking.
Book with confidence
Only the booking token is paid online; the full selling price is not collected at online checkout. The token is deducted from the final bill. Pay the remaining balance to the store at collection or delivery. Each listing or selected variation shows its own token; the default is ₹99 for a selling price above ₹99, or 10% when the selling price is ₹99 or less. A valid product-specific amount takes precedence.
Sign in, choose an available store and select collection or delivery. A valid mobile number is required at checkout; provide a complete address for delivery. A bundle can be booked only when one store has stock for all selected items. Its online total is the sum of their tokens.
Inspect and collect
Collect from the booking store or choose “Deliver to your address”. Delivery is carried out by the store’s own staff and must be arranged with that store. Confirm coverage, availability and timing before paying if delivery is essential. There is no automatic courier service or guaranteed delivery date.
Arrange handover within 48 hours after confirmed token payment. If you cannot meet that window, contact the store promptly. Uncollected bookings expire, stock is released and the token is ordinarily non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights and any remedy owed by the store.
