Voluntary exchanges
Mobile Park does not offer voluntary product exchanges or change-of-mind swaps. Confirm the model, variation, condition and compatibility before booking. Contact the store before paying if you need a particular configuration.
Wrong or defective items
These store policies do not limit remedies or consumer rights required by applicable law. Report a defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or materially misdescribed item with your order reference, photographs where relevant and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law. A booking expiry or non-refundable-token term does not override those rights.
